【Precautions】
1. The laboratory should be divided into at least three areas: sample processing area, reaction mixture preparation area, and detection area.
2. Items in each area should be used exclusively and not cross-used to avoid contamination. After detection, the workbench should be cleaned immediately.
3. When aliquoting the reaction solution, try to avoid generating bubbles. Before running the machine, check whether each reaction tube is properly capped to prevent leakage of fluorescent substances and contamination of the instrument.
4. The positive control should be vigorously shaken on a micro vortex mixer for 5–10 seconds before being aspirated.
5. Components in the kit should avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than five times).
